Madison-Plains boys basketball team proudly defeated Tree of Life Christian School on Saturday, with a score of 71-33.

Adyn Gammell led the team with 19 points, Matt Johnson scored 14 points, and Paul Bryant scored 12 points. “The main focus for the team is winning the league and going pretty far into the tournament,” said Wesley Stires, senior at Madison-Plains High School.

One of the team’s biggest struggles was to make sure that they’re all boxing out on defense.

Their biggest competition this year is Cedarville, Greenview, and Greenon.

Their next game is Dec. 6 at Cedarville High School. It will be starting at 7 p.m. They are very pumped for this game because it is against one of their biggest competitors, and they’re ready to bring the heat.
