New year, New me?

I don’t really do the whole new year resolution thing, but you know there are so many things I would like to change about myself, like not caring what people think of me or say about me. I’m just so tired of getting so stressed out that I just stop doing everything. I’m sure other people feel the same way so let’s work it out together. 

Okay so what we are gonna talk about is how we can change ourselves in a positive way. Maybe that would be the way we look or the way we feel or even the way we think about things.

So the first thing we want to think about when trying to change in a positive way is understanding what you want to change and why you want to change it. What I mean by that is when you see something that you don’t like about yourself whether it’s your body or your hair or something like that you need to think about why you want to change it and how you are going to change it and understand the best ways to change. Change is hard especially when you are trying to change something about yourself so it’s very important that you understand why you want to change.

The biggest reason to me is because why do you want to change? Is it because other people don’t like it or because you don’t like it? Most people want to change because they feel like other people won’t like them or they won’t be good enough for the other people in their life. 

But you have to remember it’s your life. If you go through life always wondering what other people think and only changing yourself for them you will have a very negative and unhappy life. So do what makes you happy, if you want to change because you want to do that but don’t change yourself because other people don’t like you.

The next big thing you need to do is get rid of all the negative things in your life! Now I know that that’s hard to do considering that it’s not easy to be positive all the time even when you’re not happy with yourself. We can still find some ways to make positive changes in your life so that you can cut all the negative things out of your life.

The next step to changing in a positive way is to try and be kind to yourself and other people. That is one of the best ways to change in a positive way because if your going to treat yourself or other people in a bad way is not only gonna make you feel like crap but also you are not going to have a good image to other people and if you wanna be a better person you have to care about people and yourself.

The last but most important step in having a positive change in yourself is to remember to take baby steps. You can’t just rush things and expect a positive change in yourself  because you will feel like you have a lot going on and it will be a lot of pressure so baby steps, take your time and good things will come.
